Job Summary
Food Service Aide assists with cold production, pre-prep of cold foods and sandwich assembly to order, pizza making, cashiering, tray assembly, food distribution, and dish-room duties under the Director & Executive Chef. The role requires ability to read and write small letters and numbers, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, lift up to 30 pounds, be punctual, follow safety/OSHA and CDC guidelines, and complete a 90-day probationary period. On-site at Bellevue, OH, supporting Erie and surrounding counties with patient tray assembly, sanitation, and general food service tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and write small letters and numbers
- Ability to communicate and understand written and oral communication
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and be mobile
- Punctual attendance at assigned work location
- Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner and maintain an accident free workplace
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of emergency codes
- Ability to comply with OSHA regulations and CDC standard and transmission-based precaution recommendations and to utilize proper PPE
- Successful completion of a ninety (90) day probationary period
