TB Diagnostic Network Coordinator, DOS LEAP Global - Indonesia

Job Summary
Provide technical and operational support to Indonesia's National Tuberculosis Program in implementing the National Strategic Plan for TB diagnostics and laboratory networks. Assist the Ministry of Health and National Reference Laboratories in expanding access to molecular rapid TB diagnostics, strengthening quality assurance systems, and optimizing specimen transport across districts. Contribute to drug-susceptibility testing activities, laboratory infrastructure improvements, and capacity-building trainings for laboratory staff. Coordinate with the U.S. Department of State Health Foreign Assistance Unit, Global Fund, and national stakeholders to track implementation challenges and document findings during supervisory visits. Submit monthly and weekly progress reports to the NTP Manager and U.S. DoS focal points. Based at the Ministry of Health in Indonesia, this role supports sustainable TB program delivery under the LEAP Global initiative.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public health, laboratory sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in TB, public health, or laboratory systems strengthening
- Experience supporting TB programs, preferably at national or sub-national level
- Familiarity with TB diagnostic approaches, laboratory systems, and DR-TB management
- Experience supporting implementation of health programs or projects, including coordination with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to review data, identify challenges, and contribute to practical solutions
- Experience working with government counterparts and/or international partners
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant data tools
- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia
