Job Summary
Conduct market analysis, revaluation, and objection handling for agricultural and non-standard properties. Evaluate sales transactions to validate TIOX key figures and adjust registered object characteristics where necessary. Represent the firm in court proceedings for professional disputes. Maintain the WOZ process planning schedule in collaboration with leadership. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in revaluation and objection handling, with proficiency in Ortax and GouwIT software. Schedule is 18 to 36 hours per week, with hybrid work in Oss.
Required Qualifications
- minimaal 10 jaar recente werkervaring in de herwaardering, PMA en bezwaar en beroepen van agrarische en incourante objecten
- ervaring in beroepsprocedures
- in staat om uit transacties relevante kengetallen op te stellen in afwijking van de landelijke taxatiewijzers dan wel ter (gedeeltelijke) onderbouwing van de landelijke taxatiewijzers
- minimaal Hbo werk- en denkniveau
- ervaren kracht op gebied van de Wet WOZ
- analytisch sterk
- sociaal vaardig
- toegankelijk
- gezonde dosis humor
- stressbestendig
- handigheid in het muteren in softwaresystemen
- ingeschreven in het register bij het NRVT in de kamer WOZ
- minimaal 6 jaar (in de laatste 8 jaar) werkervaring met het waarderingspakket Ortax
- minimaal 6 jaar (in de laatste 8 jaar) werkervaring met het belastingpakket GouwIT
- minimaal 10 taxaties voor beroepszaken opgesteld en/of meegetekend in de laatste 3 jaar
