Job Summary
Director-level role leading Tax Transformation with focus on combining tax obligations and technology within KPMG’s TTMS. Responsible for developing sales plans, identifying market approaches and partners, supporting RFPs and solution architecture during business development, overseeing project implementation and risk management, and coaching junior team members. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong communication and stakeholder management, and ability to manage transformation objectives using project management, automation, and analytical tools. Located in Melbourne, AU with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, or Law.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and be flexible in work requirements.
- Proactive approach to completing work with minimal guidance.
- Ability to construct and oversee a work plan to support transformation objectives leveraging project management skills.
