Tax Technology Manager

Job Summary
Lead and manage a tax transformation team delivering digital tax solutions and analytics, including SAP S4, Power Apps, and Power BI, to enable data integrity, streamlined processes, and automation across bp's global tax function. Drive workshops with domain experts, develop and deploy tax digital assets, provide training to the tax team, and work within an agile framework to embed new tax practices and technology. Collaborate with IT and finance partners to identify opportunities for process improvement, manage end-to-end delivery from inception to completion, and support citizen developers in building scalable digital tax solutions. Travel up to 10% as needed; role is hybrid (office in Pune, India) with relocation eligibility within country.
Required Qualifications
- Crucial Education: Educated to a degree standard with additional qualification or equivalent professional experience.
