Job Summary
Provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and calculations for personal and business clients using Intuit TurboTax products. Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds while delivering personalized solutions in everyday language. Act as a proactive community ambassador by engaging new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients through local marketing efforts. Create an exceptional in-person customer experience by building trust to foster multi-year relationships and address inquiries via video communication tools. Work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location from Sunday through Saturday for a minimum of 20 hours weekly, utilizing state-of-the-art software and CRM tools to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
- Strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
- Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software
- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location
- Must be available Sunday through Saturday
- Must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Must reside within the United States
- Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
- Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment
