Job Summary
Tax Supervisor in Private Client Services leading planning and preparation of federal/state returns for high-net-worth individuals and related entities; reviews tax returns including 1040/1041/706/709; prepares for private foundations and 501(c)(3) organizations; manages engagement deliverables, mentors staff, and communicates complex tax issues to clients and non-tax professionals. Works with high-net-worth clients, including C-Corp, S-Corp, trusts, and partnerships; collaborates with Managers on tax planning and strategy; focuses on delivering quality and on-time service within a flexible hybrid Boston-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 4+ years of technical tax and compliance experience in public accounting
- CPA, EA, or pursuit of credentials is highly preferred
- Prior experience with high-net-worth individual taxation, including Forms 1040, 1041 and Form 709 (gift tax)
