Job Summary
Join a growing Maryland-based CPA firm as a Tax Supervisor to lead client engagements, oversee tax compliance processes, and provide guidance to junior staff in a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Accounting
- CPA or EA required
- 7+ years of experience in public accounting tax experience
- Experience with heavy review and client engagement experience
- Experience with preparation of various tax returns such as 1065, 1120, and non-profits.
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in managing and mentoring staff in a tax environment.
