Tax Sticker Executive

Ensure daily Tax Stamp Warehouse operations are executed effectively and in compliance with company standards. Manage and monitor tax stamp inventory availability to support domestic and export production requirements by coordinating with cross-functional teams including Excise, SIP, Export Market, TPO, and 3PL/vendors. Monitor inventory against the Weekly Production Plan to maintain adequate supply levels, execute administrative compliance processes such as PID and EDPS, and perform usage reconciliation for export activities. Prepare proposals for export returns and PBCK-4 applications while generating periodic reports on warehouse performance. Support continuous improvement initiatives including the 90 Days Plan. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain with at least two years of warehouse or excise experience, SAP knowledge, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
