Tax Staff through Managers-Growing Corporation

Prepare and review U.S. income tax returns for federal, state, and local jurisdictions. Correspond with tax authorities, the outside Big 4 CPA firm, and other third parties while performing research and planning on various tax issues. Manage involvement with tax provision, including ASC 740, and review quarterly federal, state, and local income tax estimates.
