Job Summary
Tax Staff Accountant for a mid-market CPA firm (fully remote). Responsibilities include preparing individual, business, and partnership tax returns, and collaborating with a young, vibrant team. Must have 2-4 years of public accounting experience, CPA or CPA-track with parts passed, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business (Masters a plus). Proficiency with MS Office, QuickBooks, and tax software is preferred. Candidate should be capable of handling individual, business, and partnership returns and may have experience with client accounting.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of public accounting experience
- CPA or on CPA track with parts passed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business
- Masters degree is a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office, QuickBooks
- Proficiency with tax software is a plus
- Preparation of individual, business and partnership returns
