Tax Senior - Real Estate

Job Summary
Prepare and review intermediate-level individual and flow-through tax returns while gathering data from clients and third-party sources. Conduct tax research to identify alternatives meeting client objectives and resolve open issues on assigned engagements. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring on-time completion and monitoring engagement economics. Guide staff through proper delegation, coaching, and timely feedback to support associates. Become a subject-matter expert in specific technical areas while identifying opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships. Participate actively in firm committees and departmental initiatives to contribute to a collaborative, growth-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of recent public accounting experience
- CPA certification or significant progress toward completion
- Ability to prepare/review full sets of financial statements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
