Job Summary
Senior Manager leads Tax Digital Transformation & Innovation projects, overseeing technology development initiatives from initiation to closure using a hybrid of waterfall and agile methodologies. Responsibilities include coordinating with Product Management and Deployment leads, managing project budgets and timelines, tracking progress with PM tools, facilitating clear stakeholder communication, identifying and mitigating risks, maintaining project documentation, and mentoring junior project managers and team members. The role emphasizes delivering on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with business objectives and driving innovation within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years of project management experience
- experience with waterfall and agile development
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Certified Practitioner preferred
- Proficient with project management tools
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong leadership and mentoring abilities
