Job Summary
Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, high-net-worth clients, and businesses, while managing multiple engagements to meet strict deadlines. Provide tax planning, research, advisory services, and identify tax-saving opportunities to develop client-specific strategies. Support clients with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities, and mentor junior and staff-level tax professionals. Collaborate with accounting and advisory team members to stay current on tax law changes at all levels. Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of public accounting or tax experience
- Strong experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns
- Expertise in corporate and partnership tax preparation
- Knowledge of partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates, and high-net-worth individual taxation
- Understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Desired Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred; CPA eligibility acceptable
