Job Summary
Serve as the main point of contact for multiple clients in tax engagements, demonstrating strong technical skills in accounting and tax preparation, including individual taxation, multi-state taxation, and trust and estate matters. Handle all phases of tax engagements while ensuring compliance with the US Tax Code. Provide mentorship and development opportunities for staff, foster a positive work environment, and actively participate in business development by building relationships and following up on leads.
Required Qualifications
- Hold active CPA license
- At least five years of experience in public accounting, tax consulting, or other related experience
- Ability to develop relationships with current and potential clients
