Job Summary
Provide strategic tax advice and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and families, advising on income, estate, and gift tax planning to minimize liabilities. Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, trusts, and estates while developing strong relationships with clients and their advisors. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals by providing guidance, implementing training programs, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Actively seek new business opportunities to grow the firm's client base and overall profitability. This role requires a minimum of six years of public accounting experience with at least three years in high-net-worth tax planning and an active CPA license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in public accounting
- at least 3 years of experience in high-net-worth tax planning
- Active CPA license
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of income tax, estate, and gift tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
