Job Summary
Tax Senior Manager at Baker Tilly to deliver federal tax compliance and consulting services to middle-market to multinational clients; lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters; coordinate with specialty tax practices (state/local, international, credits and incentives); manage engagement staffing, billings, and profitability targets; mentor and coach staff to develop technical and professional skills; work with firm leadership to drive growth, development programs, and flexible work options; opportunity to build industry expertise and become a trusted business advisor within a leading CPA advisory firm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in accounting preferred
- CPA, Law License, or Enrolled Agent required
- Eight (8)+ years’ experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a professional services firm
- Five (5)+ years’ of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates
