Tax Senior Associate / Manager - International & Private Client

Job Summary
Provide strategic tax advice to international private clients on UK residency, domicile, trusts, and offshore assets. Lead engagements with autonomy while preparing and reviewing complex self-assessment returns, double taxation agreements, and HMRC enquiries. Draft advisory reports on property structuring, CGT, and IHT, and support succession planning for high-net-worth families. Collaborate with family offices and legal counsel to deliver integrated cross-border solutions. Stay current on legislative changes, including the 2025 remittance basis transition. Work full-time in a hybrid London role for a B Corp professional services firm.
Required Qualifications
- ATT (minimum)
- part-qualified CTA/ACA for senior associate level
- fully qualified for assistant manager and above
- Equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years of UK personal tax experience
- Experience in a private client team or firm advising international clients
- Deep understanding of UK non-dom tax rules
- Understanding of the remittance basis
- Understanding of mixed funds
- Understanding of cross-border personal tax
- Confident working with offshore trusts
- Confident working with structures
- Confident working with clients with dual residency
- Confident working with tax exposure
- Authorized to work in the UK
