Tax Senior Associate

Job Summary
Prepare individual, business, and other tax returns for clients across various entities and industries. Gather relevant client information to ensure accurate filings and analyze tax situations from multiple angles to apply maximum tax benefits. Collaborate with the team on tax planning, special projects, and developing solutions communicated to the engagement team and clients. Prepare accounting reports in a paperless environment and mentor lower-level employees. Stay current on IRS regulations and industry policies through training seminars and professional development. Requires a Bachelor's degree, active or working CPA license, and 2-4 years of public accounting experience. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2-4 years of tax experience within public accounting
- well-rounded knowledge of tax accounting principles and IRS regulations
- ability to focus on complex tasks
- ability to quickly understand the firm's comprehensive compliance processes
- authorization to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship
