Tax Resource Management Manager - Remote Eligible

Job Summary
Oversee capacity, utilization, and staffing across tax practices to align talent with client and regulatory demands. Manage end-to-end resource allocation for compliance, consulting, and specialty engagements while forecasting busy season needs and identifying hiring or redeployment strategies. Partner with Tax Practice Leaders to advise on staffing strategy, resolve scheduling conflicts, and monitor workload equity regarding overtime and travel. Produce utilization reports to support engagement economics and ensure consistency with resource management standards. Serve as a manager or coach for Senior Associates and collaborate with Finance, HR, and Recruiting on seasonal workforce planning.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a CPA firm with significant exposure to tax services
- Demonstrated experience supporting tax engagement staffing or seasonal workforce planning in a professional services environment
- Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship
