Job Summary
Represent TurboTax locally by engaging new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients through proactive outreach and community events. Provide full-service tax preparation, including advice, calculations, and optimization for personal and business income, while facilitating discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds. Deliver a best-in-class customer experience by connecting personally to build trust and address tax-related challenges both in-person and virtually. Work onsite at a TurboTax location Sunday through Saturday for a minimum of 20 hours per week, utilizing Intuit's software and marketing support to foster prosperity for customers and the community.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted credentials: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- Possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
- Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software
- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Must reside within the United States
- Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
- Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment

- Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
- Interest in building a local and online social presence as a Tax Associate, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community in accordance with Intuit's policies
