Job Summary
Conduct in-person tax return preparation, provide full-service tax advice, and facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds for customers using Intuit TurboTax products. Act as a proactive community ambassador by engaging new prospects, nurturing leads, and driving local marketing efforts to build long-term client relationships. Deliver personalized tax solutions while addressing inquiries and helping clients overcome challenges through genuine interest in their financial goals. This role requires onsite presence at a TurboTax retail or flagship location in the United States, with a schedule of Sunday through Saturday for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Candidates must hold an active EA, CPA, or attorney license with a PTIN and possess at least three years of experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns. Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
- Strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
- Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software
- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location
- Must be available Sunday through Saturday
- Must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Must reside within the United States
- Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
- Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment
Desired Qualifications

- Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
- Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
