Job Summary
Provide full-service tax return preparation, including advice, calculations, and software support for customers using Intuit TurboTax products. Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds while addressing inquiries through in-person interactions or video tools. Act as a proactive community ambassador by engaging prospects, nurturing leads, and driving local marketing efforts to grow the client base. This role requires onsite presence at a TurboTax location in the United States, with a schedule of Sunday through Saturday for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Candidates must hold an active EA, CPA, or attorney license along with a PTIN. Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
- Strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- Possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
- Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software
- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location
- Must be available Sunday through Saturday
- Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
- Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment
- Must reside within the United States
