Job Summary
Prepare full-service tax returns, provide tax advice, and conduct discovery sessions to maximize refunds and plan for the future. Serve in-person customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, leveraging expertise to handle simple to complex situations while building long-term relationships. Act as a proactive community ambassador by engaging prospects, nurturing leads, and driving local marketing efforts to grow the client base. Work onsite Sunday through Saturday for a minimum of 20 hours weekly, utilizing state-of-the-art video tools to address inquiries and deliver personalized solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
- Strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- Possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
- Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software
- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location
- Must be available Sunday through Saturday
- Must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Must reside within the United States
- Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
- Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment
