Job Summary
Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assemble tax returns, obtain required signatures, and complete bookkeeping procedures. Review finished products with clients to ensure superior service. Perform all other duties as assigned. This role requires a high school diploma, strong reading and math skills, and effective communication abilities. Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs is preferred, as are additional courses in math, accounting, or finance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
