Job Summary
Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, then assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, and review the finished product with the client. Complete bookkeeping procedures and ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior service. Perform all other duties as assigned. This role supports the beginning and closing of the tax interview process while maintaining high service standards for franchise clients.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
Desired Qualifications
- Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance
