Tax Preparer Assistant - Franchise Location

Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, review the finished product with the client, and complete bookkeeping procedures. Assist with both the beginning and closing of the tax interview while ensuring all H&R Block clients receive superior service. Perform all other duties as assigned. This role requires a high school diploma, strong reading and math skills, and effective communication abilities in person and on the phone. Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs is required, with additional coursework in math, accounting, or finance preferred.
