Job Summary
Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program and assist with the closing of the interview by assembling tax returns, obtaining signatures, and completing bookkeeping procedures. Review finished products with clients to ensure superior service is delivered. Perform all other duties as assigned. This role requires a high school diploma, strong reading and math skills, and effective communication abilities, with previous experience using Windows-based computer programs preferred. Additional coursework in math, accounting, or finance is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
