Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, and complete bookkeeping procedures. Review the finished product with the client to ensure superior service and handle all duties as assigned. This role supports the beginning and closing of tax interviews at an H&R Block franchise location, requiring strong reading, math, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
