Job Summary
Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assist with assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, and completing bookkeeping procedures. Review the finished product with the client to ensure superior service is delivered. Perform all other duties as assigned. This role requires a high school diploma, strong reading and math skills, and effective communication abilities. Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs

- Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance
