Job Summary
Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program during the initial interview phase. Assist with closing the interview by assembling tax returns, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with clients, and completing bookkeeping procedures. Ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior service while performing other duties as assigned. This role supports the team in helping people make confident, informed decisions about their financial lives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
Desired Qualifications
- Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance
