Job Summary
Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, review the finished product with the client, and complete bookkeeping procedures. Assist with the beginning and closing of tax interviews while ensuring all H&R Block clients receive superior service. Perform all other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent required with reading and math skills. Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs preferred. Additional state and local requirements may apply.
