Job Summary
Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program during the initial interview and assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, and review the finished product with the client before completing bookkeeping procedures. Ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior service while performing additional duties as assigned. This role supports the team in helping people make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
Desired Qualifications
- Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance
