Tax Preparer Assistant - Franchise Location

Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program and assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, and completing bookkeeping procedures. Review the finished product with the client to ensure superior service for all H&R Block clients. Perform all other duties as assigned. This role requires a high school diploma, strong reading and math skills, and effective communication abilities in person and on the phone. Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs is required, with additional coursework in math, accounting, or finance preferred.
