Tax Preparer Assistant - Franchise Location

Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, and complete bookkeeping procedures. Review the finished product with the client to ensure superior service is delivered. Assist with both the beginning and closing of tax interviews as assigned. Maintain effective communication in person and on the phone while managing Windows-based computer programs. A high school diploma and strong reading and math skills are required to begin and finish the interview process.
