Job Summary
Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program and assist with the closing of the interview by assembling returns, obtaining signatures, and completing bookkeeping procedures. Review finished products with clients to ensure superior service is delivered. Perform all other duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma, strong reading and math skills, effective communication abilities, and prior experience with Windows-based computer programs. Full-time role with benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
