Job Summary
Conduct tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program and assembling the final return. Obtain required signatures, review the finished product with clients, and complete bookkeeping procedures. Ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior service while performing additional duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma, strong reading and math skills, and effective communication abilities. Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs is necessary. Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
