Job Summary
Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, and review the finished product with the client. Complete bookkeeping procedures and ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior service. Perform all other duties as assigned. This role supports the team in helping people make confident decisions about their finances through direct client interaction and accurate data entry.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs

- Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance
