Job Summary
Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program during the initial interview phase. Assemble tax returns, obtain required signatures, review the finished product with clients, and complete bookkeeping procedures to close the interview. Ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior service while performing all other duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma, strong reading and math skills, effective communication abilities, and prior experience with Windows-based computer programs. Pay range is $16.00 - $19.00/Hr.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs

- Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance
