Job Summary
Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assemble tax returns, obtain required signatures, and complete bookkeeping procedures. Review finished products with clients to ensure superior service. Assist with both the beginning and closing of tax interviews. Maintain effective communication in person and on the phone while managing Windows-based computer programs. High school diploma required with reading and math skills. Additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs

- Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance
