Tax Preparer Assistant - Franchise Location

Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assist with assembling the tax return, and obtain required signatures. Review the finished product with the client, complete bookkeeping procedures, and ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior service. Perform all other duties as assigned while maintaining effective communication in person and on the phone. Requires a high school diploma, strong reading and math skills, and experience with Windows-based computer programs. This role supports the team in helping people make confident decisions about their finances.
