Job Summary
Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, review the finished product with the client, and complete bookkeeping procedures. Assist with the beginning and closing of tax interviews while ensuring all H&R Block clients receive superior service. Perform all other duties as assigned. This role requires a high school diploma, strong reading and math skills, effective communication abilities, and experience with Windows-based computer programs. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
