Tax Preparer Assistant - Franchise Location

Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program and assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, and completing bookkeeping procedures. Review the finished product with the client to ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior service. Perform all other duties as assigned while maintaining strong communication skills in person and on the phone. This role supports the team in helping people make confident decisions about their finances and careers.
