Job Summary
Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assemble tax returns, obtain required signatures, review finished products with clients, and complete bookkeeping procedures. Ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior service while assisting with both the beginning and closing of tax interviews. High school diploma required with reading and math skills; Windows-based computer experience preferred. Additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
Desired Qualifications
- Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance
