Job Summary
Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assemble tax returns, obtain required signatures, and complete bookkeeping procedures. Review finished products with clients to ensure superior service delivery. Assist with both the beginning and closing of tax interviews while maintaining effective communication in person and on the phone. Requires high school diploma, strong reading and math skills, and prior experience with Windows-based computer programs. Pay range is $15.00 - $16.00/Hr.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
