Job Summary
Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assist with assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, and completing bookkeeping procedures. Review the finished product with the client to ensure superior service for all H&R Block clients. Perform all other duties as assigned while maintaining effective communication in person and on the phone. Requires a high school diploma, reading and math skills, and prior experience with Windows-based computer programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
Desired Qualifications
- Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance
