Job Summary
Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, and review the finished product with the client. Complete bookkeeping procedures and ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior service. Perform all other duties as assigned. This role requires a high school diploma, strong reading and math skills, effective communication abilities, and prior experience with Windows-based computer programs. Additional state and local requirements may apply.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
Desired Qualifications
- Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance
