Job Summary
Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assist with assembling tax returns, obtaining required signatures, and completing bookkeeping procedures. Review finished products with clients to ensure superior service is delivered. Perform all other duties as assigned. High school diploma required with reading and math skills; Windows-based computer experience preferred. Additional coursework in math, accounting, or finance is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
