Job Summary
Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program during the initial interview. Assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, review the finished product with the client, and complete bookkeeping procedures. Ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior service. Perform all other duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma, reading and math skills, and effective communication abilities. Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs is necessary. Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance is preferred.

- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
