Job Summary
Tax Planning Manager responsible for partnering with financial advisors to deliver deep-dive tax analysis (including marginal rate modeling, Roth conversions, and charitable planning) and handling complex equity compensation and estate planning implications within a high-growth RIA environment. Role requires collaboration with Trust & Estates and Investment teams, development of internal tax planning tools, and potential leadership as the tax Planning function scales. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial planning with 3-4 years in tax planning, CPA or EA credentials, and familiarity with Holistiplan, eMoney, MoneyGuide, or RightCapital; thrives in a startup environment and can translate tax codes into actionable guidance for advisors. Compensation includes base plus bonus, equity ground-floor opportunity, unlimited PTO, 401(k) match, and comprehensive health benefits.
